Don't just look at price when making your decision
A dive center is not just a boat that takes you out to sea; It is a service provider responsible for training, equipment, organization and safety. The clearer the legal powers and scope of activity of the center, the more realistic the visitor's expectations will be.
Questions
- Are there current operating and diving authorizations? 2. Which education system does it belong to? 3. Who are the instructor/guides? 4. What are the current participation conditions for trial diving? 5. How is the health claim evaluated? 6. How is the equipment controlled? 7. Who plans the day? 8. In what cases is diving postponed? 9. Is there an emergency plan? 10. How are photo/video and personal data permissions obtained? 11. What does the price include? 12. What is the cancellation-refund policy?
Asking questions strengthens trust.
A center saying "we will not dive under these conditions" does not mean poor service quality. It is an important sign of professionalism that the security decision can take precedence over commercial expectations.
Approach in Deep Diving
We aim to clearly publish the answers to these questions with the institution's current authority and operation data. No matter how valuable the historical past is, it cannot replace today's safety conditions.
